Developed on the basis of the combined expertise of IFM and the Ecole de la Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne, our courses aim to enable managers and creative professionals to develop their skills, enrich their strategic vision, understand the new opportunities in tomorrow's world, and share with their peers.

We train executives, creatives, managers and entrepreneurs on any subject related to management and creation, and also offer technical training in craftsmanship and haute couture skills. We offer short or long formats, adapted to your needs and schedules. We offer individual solutions, diplomas or certifications, and solutions for companies, in France and abroad.

Open-enrolment courses cover topics in condensed formats (1 to 3 days) that are easy to integrate into your agenda. These courses combine conceptualization as well as concrete approaches. They allow participants from different companies to share their views and are a unique opportunity to develop a professional network.

  • Strategic reflection on current issues: Deciphering market trends, supply and consumption, the new competitive environment, new business models; understanding economic issues, the place of sustainability in the fashion economy; finely analyzing the latest developments in fashion, culture and creation; having a reading grid to deploy a strategy
  • Business skills: Acquire the tools and methods to optimize product knowledge, product construction, KPIs, purchasing, customer relations, omnichannel, communication and digital brand strategy, visual merchandising.

Institut Français de la Mode offers companies unique and personalized programs adapted to their needs. These tailor-made seminars are developed in partnership with companies and aim to support their transformation. International programs

Institut Français de la Mode offers executive education courses with international partners, particularly in China and the Middle East. To get closer to your subsidiaries and international teams, we are able to propose a strategic reflection on the different fashion and design markets and the latest retail trends.

In China, since 2006, an Advanced Management Program in Fashion & Luxury has been developed in partnership with Tsinghua University in Beijing, in order to train managers specialized in the Chinese market. This program is aimed at top executives or managers in Chinese or international companies operating in the Chinese ready-to-wear, cosmetics, distribution or media markets.

Since the implementation of the AMP in 2006, several hundred managers have been trained and form a dynamic network throughout China.

In Lebanon, Institut Français de la Mode launched in 2011 the first Luxury Management training program with the Ecole Supérieure des Affaires (ESA) in Beirut. This program comes at a time of profound change in the luxury industry in the Middle East. It aims to help brands consolidate and rethink their identity and their sales and marketing strategies.
