Her research focuses on the impact of marketing on consumer behavior, with a historical perspective on business practices in fashion and luxury. She has published in international academic journals (International Journal of Research in Marketing, Journal of Business Research) and French journals (Recherche et Applications en Marketing, Décisions Marketing), as well as in international academic conferences (AFM, AMS).
Caroline serves on the board of the French Marketing Association (AFM), where she is responsible for the editorial direction and publication of the AFM’s series of white papers. She also acts as a reviewer for several journals, including the Journal of Business Research, Journal of Marketing Theory and Practice, and Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services.
