I conduct research on the sustainable and circular transformation of organizations in the fashion and luxury sectors. After more than 15 years' experience in operational management positions in the fashion industry (product development, sourcing, marketing, operations, retail), I now devote my time to research and teaching, where I direct the IFM-Kering Sustainability Research Chair and all sustainable development initiatives. I develop interdisciplinary projects combining academic research, foresight and strategic support for companies.
