Andrée-Anne Lemieux named to Vogue Business 100 Innovators 2025
Institut Français de la Mode is proud to announce that Andrée-Anne Lemieux, Director of Sustainability and of the IFM-Kering Chair, has been named to Vogue Business's 2025 100 Innovators list in the Sustainability Thought Leaders category.
This distinction recognizes her ongoing commitment to placing environmental and social issues at the heart of training new generations of fashion professionals. At IFM, she has helped to integrate sustainability across the board in the programs, developing compulsory courses on key skills such as impact measurement, circularity, and governance.
Andrée-Anne also heads the IFM-Kering Chair, a six-month program that invites students to come up with concrete and innovative solutions to the complex challenges of sustainability. Since its creation five years ago, this program has created more than 50 projects focusing on major themes such as reducing the impact of production, circularity, traceability, climate justice, and extended producer responsibility policies.
In 2024, Andrée-Anne Lemieux obtained the Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches (HDR), the highest academic distinction in France, which recognizes the quality and scope of her work on sustainability and circularity in fashion supply chains.
