Her research explores systemic tensions and organizational paradoxes that arise when creativity becomes both a valued and vulnerable resource in complex environments. Drawing on approaches from organization theory, philosophy, and design, she investigates how creative practices endure, adapt, or transform in response to structural constraints and power dynamics within contemporary ecosystems.
