EVENT: Inclusive Beauty and Fashion Day - June 4, 2026

The Inclusive Beauty and Fashion Day 2026: The Boundaries of Visibility is a full day of conferences, roundtables, and discussions exploring visibility, representation, and legitimacy in the beauty and fashion industries.

Organized by the IFM x MANE Diversity in Beauty Chair, the event will take place on 4 June 2026 at the IFM Campus (34 Quai d’Austerlitz, Paris). Bringing together researchers, industry leaders, creatives, students, and professionals, the conference will examine how beauty and fashion can more authentically reflect the diversity of identities, experiences, and bodies.

Through conversations on inclusion, aging, menopause, Afro hairdressing, alopecia, authenticity, and AI-generated beauty standards, participants will engage with the social, cultural, and professional forces that shape who gets to be seen — and how.

Whether you work in fashion, beauty, media, or academia, or are simply interested in the evolving relationship between beauty and society, this event offers a unique opportunity to exchange ideas, challenge perspectives, and engage with the voices driving change.
