Jean-Michel Bertrand


A former pupil of the Ecole Normale Supérieure and professor of art history at ENSAD, holder of a doctorate in aesthetics and communication, Jean-Michel Bertrand was in charge of teaching related to brand strategy and development at the Institut Français de la Mode. He continues to give classes on the brand concept to IFM’s EMBA Global Fashion Management students and leads one of the year’s Synthesis Workshops entitled « brief de com ». With extensive experience in the field of qualitative and semiological studies, he pursues activity in consulting and in training for fashion and luxury companies. He is the author of many articles on brand and luxury published notably by the Institut Français de la Mode’s publishing and research department.
