Déborah Macquart

Déborah Macquart is a senior fashion designer with an extensive professional career path in the studios of some of the greatest Parisian Maisons. From her first internship at Comme des Garçons to her most recent role as Head of design at Isabel Marant fourteen years later, she could adapt to the vision of various creative directors while expressing her own aesthetics as a designer. She worked at Balmain before becoming Senior designer flou at Saint Laurent for the show collections, collaborating closely with creative director Hedi Slimane for four years. She was then hired by Givenchy as Head of design Women’s Ready-to-Wear Show. Following this valuable experience in the industry, Déborah is joining Institut Français de la Mode as a professor and director of the Master of Arts’ Fashion Design pathway.
